A semblance of normalcy in quiet communities masked underlying issues. While for years being Jewish never stood out as a point of contention, the rise of discrimination, prejudice, and hate in the 21st century has become all too real for far too many. Issues hidden behind the smoke and mirrors created by suburban landscapes are now in the open for all to see.
The insidious rise of intolerance, amplified in recent years by divisive political and cultural moments, underscored the urgency for a collective response. The story of Hate Never Wins is one of resilience, determination, and a steadfast commitment to creating a world where love and unity triumph over hate.

In a world that often feels divided, my experiences with anti-Semitism came as a stark reminder of the realities many face daily. For much of my life, my Jewish identity was a source of community, not contention. Growing up, I celebrated our traditions, surrounded by both Jewish and non-Jewish friends who respected and embraced our culture.
However, this comforting bubble burst when my son and I encountered anti-Semitism at his suburban elementary school. The shock of this incident, stemming from an ignorance I couldn't fathom, was only the beginning. As the years passed, waves of discrimination lapped at the shores of our lives, exacerbated by political upheaval and divisive public figures.
Yet, amid these challenges, a mantra emerged in our household: "Hate Never Wins." These words, often uttered as a comfort and reminder, evolved into a rallying cry. It wasn't enough to merely recognize the presence of hate; we had to actively combat it. This conviction led to the creation of Hate Never Wins, a platform to discuss, address, educate, and work towards a future devoid of hate.
With my son Max, and the constant support and dedication of my wife Wendy and older son Evan, we envision a world where our differences are celebrated, not condemned. Where are experiences are discussed and respected, and not diminished or excused. A world where love, tolerance, and unity will always prevail. With Hate Never Wins, we're not just hoping for that world; we're building it, and we invite you to join us in our journey.
